Make a difference to our environment

Volunteer with The Forest Bridge Trust

Whether you're an individual or a family, love getting out into the bush or prefer helping behind the scenes, there are many ways you can lend a hand. From checking pest animal traps and planting trees to monitoring trail camera footage or assisting with data entry, every effort supports our mission.

Join us in creating a lasting legacy — by helping maintain a continuous "forest bridge" from the Kaipara Coast to the Pacific Ocean. Together, we’re restoring native bush, protecting precious wildlife like kiwi, matuku hūrepo (Australasian bittern), and tara-iti (New Zealand fairy tern), and building a thriving environment for future generations.
