Volunteers and Staff to help with planting on 17 September

Planting Day at Kaipara Hills

To celebrate Conservation Week, The Forest Bridge Trust and the Clayton whanau organised a Planting Day at their beautiful farm nestled in the Kaipara Hills.

We are giving special thanks to our amazing 25 Volunteers who turned up on the day to plant 1000 trees! These native plants will help to restore a wider ecosystem, rebuilt native habitat, and enhance the Mauri of our lands.

We made it social and added some fun with music, there was a trampoline for kids and home-made goodies for tea break.

So fortunate to have such a supportive community at our rohe. Together we make our region a more attractive and healthier place to be.
